Health and Fitness Requirements

Participants must assess their own physical fitness and medical suitability for wilderness activities. You may be required to complete a health declaration before participation. glen-caribou reserves the right to refuse participation if health or fitness concerns pose risks to you or other participants.

Assumption of Risk

Wilderness expeditions involve inherent risks including but not limited to weather hazards, wildlife encounters, physical exertion, and remote location challenges. By participating, you acknowledge and voluntarily assume these risks.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, glen-caribou shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site or participation in expeditions.

We do not guarantee specific outcomes or experiences. Weather conditions, wildlife activity, and other factors beyond our control may affect expedition experiences.

Intellectual Property

Ownership

All content on this Site, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of glen-caribou or its content suppliers and is protected by Canadian and international copyright laws.

Limited License
